Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping charges and available delivery services are displayed during checkout. Standard shipping is free for qualifying orders with a merchandise subtotal of $25.00 or more, excluding taxes and after applicable discounts. Orders below the qualifying amount are subject to the shipping charge displayed during checkout.
Express delivery, when available, is subject to the separate charge and estimated delivery period displayed during checkout.
If tracking information indicates that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us promptly at jjhwang77@gmail.com so we can assist you with the carrier’s investigation process.
