30-Day Return Policy
We accept return requests made within 30 days after your order is delivered.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received
- In its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and components included
- Accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase
To request a return, contact us at jjhwang77@gmail.com before sending the item. If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions by email. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns resulting from a change of mind, an incorrect selection, or another reason not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or another appropriate solution at no cost to the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at jjhwang77@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when possible so we can evaluate the problem and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened, used, or tested beauty and personal-care products
- Products missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or components
- Personalized, customized, or special-order products
- Perishable products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Final-sale items, when clearly identified as final sale before purchase
Unopened and unused beauty or personal-care products may be eligible for return if they otherwise meet the requirements of this policy. Contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item after receiving authorization and place a separate order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If an order is shipped to the European Union, the customer may have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable law. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Legal exceptions may apply, including certain opened or unsealed personal-care products.
Refunds
We will inspect the returned item and notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
Your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time before the refund appears. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at jjhwang77@gmail.com.
